How long is sea freight from India to the UK?
Cochin to Felixstowe: 21–26 days. London Gateway, Southampton, Liverpool: similar transit. Air freight 3–5 days via Heathrow.
What duty applies to cotton towels into the UK?
Today, Indian cotton towels (HS 6302.60) usually pay about 8% UK duty and bed linen about 12%. The India-UK trade deal (CETA) cuts both to zero once it comes into force. Check the current rate with your customs broker, or use our import duty calculator.
Do you make dressing gowns for UK hotels and holiday lets?
Yes. Most UK buyers say dressing gown where others say bathrobe. We make waffle, terry and velour dressing gowns, and matching towels for hotels, B&Bs, guest houses and holiday lets.
Do you make bath sheets as well as bath towels?
Yes. A UK bath sheet is larger than a bath towel, usually 90×150 cm or 100×150 cm. We make both, in the same GSM and colour, so they match on the shelf.

We supply 400–700 GSM ring-spun combed cotton bath towels. 500–550 GSM is the most common mid-range hospitality spec; 600–700 GSM is 5-star and luxury resort spec. Pool, beach and gym towels are 400–500 GSM. We match GSM to spec on every shipment.
Do you offer OEM and private-label towel manufacturing?
Yes. Custom woven label, embroidered hotel crest, dobby or jacquard border, retail-ready packaging, EAN-13 barcoded for retail and FNSKU-barcoded for Amazon FBA. MOQ for private label is 2,000 pieces per SKU. Sampling 6–8 weeks before production.

Yes. Reactive-print velour terry beach towels with full-coverage Pantone-matched designs (MOQ 500 per design), and yarn-dye cabana stripe / jacquard woven towels with inherently colourfast threads. Both options used by major beach resorts and cruise operators.
What is the lead time for hotel towel orders?
Plain white hotel towels: 30–45 days production lead time. Custom embroidered towels: 35–50 days. Reactive-print beach towels: 45–60 days. Add sea-freight transit time (typically 10–30 days depending on destination).
Do you supply GOTS-certified organic cotton towels?
Yes. GOTS-certified organic cotton bath towels and robes with chain-of-custody documentation. Used by sustainable hospitality, organic retail and eco-conscious DTC brands.
Can you handle Amazon FBA / DTC e-commerce fulfilment?
